3.1 Access to Property

Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
